2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years old or have guardian supervision to use Educación Global. Keep your account information secure—you're responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Your Content and Rights

You own your content (e.g., books, courses, articles). By using Educación Global, you give us permission to host, display, and distribute your content to provide our services. We may also use aggregated, anonymized content insights to improve our AI tools and platform features. We won't use your content for unrelated commercial purposes.

4. Prohibited Uses

Don't use Educación Global to:

• Break laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Send malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful
• Engage in spam, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

5. Pricing and Payments

Our pricing tiers are designed to grow with your business:

5.1 Subscription Plans

• Creator (Free): Basic publishing tools and community access
• Professional ($29/month): Advanced AI tools, analytics, and unlimited publishing
• Enterprise ($99/month): White-label solutions, priority support, and custom integrations

5.2 Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. If payment fails, we'll retry for 30 days, emailing you after each attempt. Service access may be limited without valid payment information. We'll email you about any significant pricing changes with 30 days notice.

5.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. Service continues until the end of your current billing period.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations. By using our services, you agree to our privacy practices.

7. AI and Content Processing

Our AI analyzes content performance and user engagement to improve recommendations and platform features. AI-generated content remains your intellectual property, but you're responsible for ensuring all published content complies with applicable laws and platform guidelines.

8. Service Changes and Availability

We may update or temporarily pause Educación Global for maintenance without prior notice. We're not liable for service interruptions, though we strive for maximum uptime. We'll provide reasonable notice for major feature changes that affect your workflow.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend your account with 7 days email notice (unless urgent action is required for security or legal reasons). You can delete your account anytime via account settings. Upon termination, you'll retain access to your published content for 30 days to facilitate data export.

10. Disclaimer and Liability

Educación Global is provided "as is." We don't guarantee perfect accuracy, uptime, or specific results from using our platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss from using our services.

11. Governing Law

These terms follow Delaware law and any disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We review these terms annually or when laws change. Updates will be posted on our website with email notification for major changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of new terms.
